Dont beat yourself up, it happens. There was a reason for the late line move.
Think of line moves logically. If Penn State has several offensive lineman who may not play, the line SHOULD move down.
Its the illogical line moves that get my attention. For example, years ago, I believe it was summer of 1999, Dave Eiland of the Rays was +300 vs Pedro Martinez who was laying -360. About an hour before game time, the line started to move down. I saw it drop to -340, 325 then -300 on Pedro. I called Reno and we quickly decided to take Dave Eiland +250. The Rays won 3-2 if I remember correctly. As Reno said to me, who the heck is taking the Rays and betting the line down versus PEDRO? It was so illogical, we had to take it.
The lesson here is, if the line move has a reason behind it, maybe take a second hard look at it, but its not an autoplay.
