my picks will be up tomorrow morning for both days.
i've been on Gemologist for 5 of his wins and this one will be my best payoff....by far.
this is and has been my derby 5-

1. Gemologist ( perfect post outside of the 4 speedsters)
2. Union Rags ( late kick will be tremendous but he falls a length short)
3. Creative Cause ( best value if you can get the 10-1+ odds )
4. Hansen ( gonna sit just off the rabbit and i expect a great showing like he certainly can do)
5. Alpha ( cannot overlook this one and at big dd's to boot)

i'll be using these 5 and maybe 1 more depending on track conditions for the p3-4's.
not going with Bodemeister simply because i've seen this story so many times. not running as a 2 year old hurts his chance bigtime and 130 years of history says he can't win)
