Biggest statistical mismatch of Friday appears in the matchup between the Marlins and the visiting Giants.

Florida comes into this one at 16-11 in their home games while the Giants have an enept mark of 8-14. Clearly the Marlins have the team situational records in their favor. What are the pitching matchups looking like?

Glad I asked myself that question. The disparity between winning and losing is even greater when you take into account the starting pitchers of the contest tonight.

Marlins will start Olsen while the Giants send out their (ha ha) ace, Barry Zito. Olsen have been a vital part of the Marlins home success as he has been the starting pitcher in 5 of their 16 wins to adoring fans. Florida's 5-1 mark at home in Olsen starts has him solidly near the top of MLB home unit earners. His opposition's numbers are a coin of a different mintage.

Barry Zito, what are we gonna do with this guy? First thing I'm gonna do is to continue to best against this human waste as many times as possible. Numbers seem to show that endeavor would prove profitable as the Giants a perfect 0-4 in Mr Zito's 4 road starts....which goes to show that money can't buy you everything.

Give me the Marlins on the runline and I'll just cross my fingers that Olsen will have a solid start because I know the Marlins will score tonight.

Florida Olsen -1.5 +130

Two more at the site now posted.....BEST OF LUCK tonight
